I am writing in regard to Larry Pettit, who I have known for over 17 years. At that time he was not my broker, but rather my co-broker on my purchase of a home in BallenIsles. Returning to NY after the purchase, I thought I would never see either of the brokers again. But to my great surprise, Larry called me to let me know that a hurricane was coming, and he could put my outdoor furniture inside our garage for safekeeping. Not really knowing me (in fact I had met him only once in passing), I thought this was over and above the call of duty and he was certainly someone to keep in my Rolodex. Sure enough over the last 17 years, Larry and I have bought and sold over 7 homes and not only is he always looking and helping me get the best deals, but he has become my friend. He has all the qualities you would want in someone representing you along with the fact that he always does the right thing for all involved. Anyone looking for a home in the Florida area where Larry works should run towards him, hire him, and do not look back!

I was looking for a home that had high ceilings, wide open rooms, private yet spacious and Larry delivered for me.
